Paddle to the Core began..
Paddle to the Core arrived like a tidal wave on the shores of Lake Las Vegas on July 4th, 2010, opening to the largest crowd Lake Las Vegas had seen in years. Kathy’s dream came true on that day and it just happens to be her favorite holiday. Now, from that day forward, we have been paddling every chance we get, making incredible new friends and cultivating a fun and exciting SUP community in Henderson for all of Las Vegas to enjoy! From first time experiences to guided SUP excursions, to a fully realized SUP-inspired fitness program, Paddle to the Core is your local SUP shop and we are excited to welcome you to the sport of SUP.
We are very proud to be a part of the Westin Lake Las Vegas Resort and Spa experience, where guests can spend the day with a wide assortment of leisure and fitness activities including standup paddleboarding (SUP), kayaking and footbiking. We have a variety of fitness classes all day as well.

What you should know about me: I love mountain biking, kiting, SUP, and my girl. Kathy and I love to talk adventure and product. I am a certified instructor and can schedule private lessons.
Name: Trevor Unck
Hometown: Ogden, Utah
What you should know me: I love what I do!
Best SUP memory: Every paddle session is new and exciting to me as I never get tired of it and I look forward to the next one.
Name: Mike Agricola
Hometown: Reseda, CA
What you should know about me: I am part of the team at P2tC because the joy of being here keeps calling me back. I am part of the crew and I am also very knowledgeable about the sport and the equipment. Feel free to ask me anything and I will be happy to go paddling with you.
Name: Caitlyn Hamrick
Hometown: Gardnerville, NV
What you should know about me: I have been working with P2tC since opening day (July 4th 2010) and I have seen it grow into the best job I could imagine. I have recently finished high school and would like to study business so that I may be able to run my own P2tC someday.
Name: Kari Smith

Best SUP memory: You can find me on the lake with my two best friends, Gonzo and Cash. I create a new best SUP memory each time I paddle with them.
Name: Brandon Perry
Hometown: Las Vegas, NV
What you should know about me: I love to be by and in the water! I am a certified lifeguard and will be leading the local teens on excursions at LLV this summer.
Name: Sheryl Czipott
Hometown: Las Vegas, NV
What you should know about me: I learned to swim in the Long Island sound, water ski on Lake George, paddle on Lake Las Vegas, and appreciate wine in Napa. You can find me assisting at the “Shack” on Sundays at Paddle to the Core.

What you should know me: I love SUP and SUPLV’s me!
Best SUP memory: Paddling with a 90 lb. dog in Mexico named “MONGO” He loved it and it was the best core workout EVER!
Our SUP Pups: Doberman “Wiggle Worm” and Caesar “the Hawaiian”. These little dudes love to go SUP’n anywhere but especially love LLV.
Our SUP Duck: Whitey is a resident of the Westin Lake Las Vegas. He is the official SUP Duck of Paddle to the Core and can rip it up in the surf.He loves to hang out with the Super SUPers and will quack you up!
Our Mission is to simply introduce you to the sport of SUP and give you the best first experience possible so that you will continue to love the sport as we do.
